Great place to live!

BD52 is a great place to live! The location is ideal, close to plenty of shops, restaurants and parks plus the neighborhood ... is safe and very walkable. The off street parking is really great. Everyone (literally) is super friendly. It’s clean and so so quiet. Management is so helpful and nice and maintenance are quick to reply to any concerns. Read More about Great place to live!

Best Maintenance Team

I reported an HVAC issue and received a courtesy call from Erica regarding time maintenance would be here, very prompt ... response. Julio Reyes completed the repair quickly, followed note re temp to leave unit set at, and other than his card left couldn’t tell he’d been here, everything clean and in place. SYLO and BD52 are the best!
